Could I use Zapier to trigger an email within our email marketing platform?

To clarify, do you want to trigger your email marketing platform when the form is submitted?

Can you please explain further how you want to use your form with your email marketing?

May we know the email marketing platform you're using?

I'd like to do the following

1. Use an encrypted JotForm 

2. Send a confirmation email to the form submitter

Do the above with Zapier

Use Zapier to pass the data captured on the encrypted jotform to Adestra (our email platform) to trigger an email campaign There is an Adestra Zapier App I have access to (you may not find it yourself)

At the moment when I try and connect Zapier to Jotform, there isn't any forms in the list to select - as per screen shot

I've also tried specifying the custom value of the form ID, but I just got an error like this screenshot.

Kindly try connecting your account with Zapier again.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send autoresponders when the form is encrypted.

Do note that you can only decrypt the submission data with the private key to be used in the submission page or in your notification email.

Please give it a try and let us know if you can't still see your forms with Zapier.
