    Hello

It appears the security certificate for Jotform has expired, so people are getting a warning / privacy issue when trying to access our forms.  Can you please check into this to resolve it?  This is what appears on multiple devices / browsers:

    Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead

Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to forms.gottagrooverecords.com. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details.

What can you do about it?

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem.

    Thanks,

    Matt

To clarify, are you using the custom DNS URL ? It could bee an issue with your DNS record.

Can you please try to use the default Form URL https://www.jotform.us/form/80506743065152?

Please give it a try and let us know if you need further assistance.
