Neither person that is on the jotform account is receiving the registration forms when a registration comes thru our website

    The registrations are being recorded and we can view them from the jotform account, but the forms are not going directly to our personal emails as they are set up to do.

    I just checked the account related to the email address you have posted here, but I don't see a form. Can you please let us know the FormID or the webpage link where the form is already embedded?
