Unable to change password and reset password is not sending reset link.

    Hi, I'm unable to update the email and password for my account and need to change it over to another user as I've moved jobs. However, my old username and password is not working. I've done the forgot password but no password reset email has been sent to sisneros@mines.edu

    Upon checking, it doesn't show any account for sisneros@mines.edu email. Please provide us a different email or if you know the username of the account, please share it so we can take a closer look.

    The user name should be Lori Sisneros. I have several forms in there. The account is being paid by Keri Bowling at kbowling@mines.edu. Dorothy Cheng at cheng@mines.edu will need access to all the forms and to update billing information. Can you help us find my prior account with Jotform?

    There is an account under kbowling@mines.edu and it's paid account. You can reset a password by requesting a password reset link:
