PDF output of submissions

I am getting an error with the PDF output for the Multiple choice field as shown in the screenshot below.

Also, for the email output, fields that are hidden are showing

I have checked your PDF document and it seems the multiple choice filed is showing the fields correctly.

To clarify, the notification emails is showing hidden fields?

Can you please try to enable Hide empty fields in your email.

Go to Emails> select your notification/autoresponder>Advanced>Hide Empty fields.

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

Hello, thanks for the response. In the PDF editor for the multiple choice fields it is shown as the image below and I don't know why it is showing blank options.

I have checked your PDF document and replicated the issue.

It does appear to be working now thanks however,

I am also trying to make a blank PDF version of the Jotform however the long text entries are being displayed as 1 row rather than 6 as seen in the screenshot below.
