How to send a copy of the form to a different email address based on condition

Hello. Our team has several client service managers that submit a client hours report each week. Is there a way to add a field or conditional logic rule to allow the form submission to also send a copy to the manager's email address that filled out the form in addition to my own? This form would not go to all of the managers, just myself and the person who submitted it.
