Kiosk mode won't close on iPad

Hi,

I have the form set up in kiosk mode on the iPad but when I use two fingers to swipe down (like in the instructions) the 'Close Kiosk' button doesn't appear. 

How do I exit kiosk mode if this isn't working/how do I fix this? 

Unfortunately, I am not having an iPad to test the app at the moment. However, as I tested in the Android app, the kiosk mode seems to be working fine. Could you let us know if the issue occurs with all the forms in the account? Also, please let us know the iPad model that you are using that may be helpful in checking the issue further. Meanwhile, I'll also check with our other team members to check the issue on an iPad and get back to you.
