How do I avoid thank you message getting blocked by pop up blocker?

Hiya,

I want to now which thank you message setting I should choose, to make sure it is not a pop up, and thus has no chance of being blocked by a pop up blocker.

I did have both of my forms installed on my old website and the thank you message simply appeared on the same age once you submitted the form.

However now upon submission the thank you opens up in a new jot form page. I have tried redirecting it to my own thank you page but I think this could be blocked by pop ups as far as I understand it.

Please advise!

Redirecting your thank you page to the external URL will not be blocked because it does not open a new tab. It will redirect your form to another URL.

You can test submit your form and see if it will work.
