    Hello !

I have a problem with the "show condition" : If I use more than 3 "THEN", some are not shown.

With this command, the page should show 4 fields if I chose option "3", but it shows only the first three. If I create an new condition, it seems to be ok, then I can work around the problem. Anyway, I guess it would be easier to have all commands in one condition rule.

    Does anyone can help ?
    :-)

The following condition set on the form seems to be displaying the first fields for every option selected. The rule in the condition should be set to the value in the options i.e., 1 or 2 or 3.

Also, the fields are not required to be hidden when they are being displayed on the form using conditions. You may disable/delete the existing conditions and try setting up the conditions using Show/Hide multiple fields as shown below.
