Is it possible to have a link to Add to Calendar in the form for Outlook?

Hello, is it possible to add a link to "Add to Calendar"? My form is an event registration page, so the date for all recipients would be the same ... i just wanted all of the info from their form to be embedded in the Notes section of the invite? Most of our recipients use Outlook.

    Thanks in advance!

Is the date based on the date the user has submitted in the form or is it a static date? If it's a static one, you can use free services like Eventable to create the add to calendar link.

    https://add.eventable.com/free-add-to-calendar-button

Eventable gives you a link to add in the email like below:

If it is based on the date field in the form, we do not have this feature, but a workaround would be possible such as doing the integration through Zapier.

Thanks Welvin! The date is a static date - just the date that the event is being held, not anything that they are completing in the form. The Eventable link seems to simply help create a link to download a calendar invite ... it doesn't seem to contain the info from the responses in the form? The Zapier link was promising but then it was trying to create an Outlook event in one of MY calendars, not create a calendar invite that the respondent could download? Am I mis-interpreting anything? Any other tips? Thanks again for your quick response!

As far as I understand, you are trying to create a downloadable invitation, which would be prefilled dynamically with data submitted for your form. I'm afraid it is not possible at this time.

But, we have an option to create PDF files for every submission. Those file could be attached to autoresponder emails automatically and printed by users. Here is how you can create a PDF invitation:

Got it, thanks Victoria. Yes, I had wanted the invite to contain the form info but I understand. I appreciate your response!
