Most of my submissions are gone in the account

    I'm panicing here because most of my submissions are gone. There is a message about having to upgrade. The problem is that I won't really be doing much surveys in the coming months.

    Besides, will this upgrade bring my data back?

    Please advise!

    Hello Quincy,

    We have this Total Submissions Storage of the free plan which is limited to 500 submissions only. Since your account was downgraded a month ago, the data was automatically deleted by our system to keep you on the limit.

    I was able to get back your data, but we suggest upgrading to Storage if you want to keep the data in the account. The storage plan is offered for the free accounts that have more than 500 submissions stored. You can check our pricing page to see this plan.

    If not, kindly download your form submissions while they still exist in your account now.
