How to display the QR code in the notification email?

    Hi!

I'd like to have a QR code on the notification email, based on the Name field.

I have done so, and the QR code (link) is sent to my Google Sheets when the form is completed. However, the notification email (sent to the client) does not contain the needed QR code.

    How do I do this?

    Thank you!

I checked your form 91752787939478 and it seems you have not added the QR Code to the notification email. Please go to Settings > Emails > Notification email and click on the Form Fields then select the last field "Widget Field" to add the OR code.

Hi! Thank you for your reply. I'm troubleshooting this issue in: https://form.jotform.me/91752787939478

And I've been trying a few fixes. I'm trying placing the {QR} tag in different positions, hoping that it will show up.

So - I've tried putting it around the area you pointed out in your picture. That small icon does appear - and I can view it, but if I try another device, a "file not found" error comes up.

    Hi!

I was able to fix this.

1 - The Dynamic QR Code Widget, make sure you input the field name correctly

2 - Set a condition to fill up the QR code widget from the proper field

3 - Remove the privacy restrictions on pdf and resources, so that your recipients can view.

    Thank you!
