PDF editor doesn't seem to work properly

    Dear Jotform team,

    Today I tried many times to download in PDF submissions per submissions (see image attached, blue circle). Then it opens a new page "PDF Editor" and when I click on Download and Download PDF nothing happens. I tried to log out and log in and on IE + Google Chrome. Nothing changed.

    However there is a second option (see image attached, black circle), but this option allows me to dowload all the submissions at once, not one by one... 

    Does anyone have any other recommandation to fix this problem?

    I tried this on my account and it is working fine on my end. Here's a screenshot of my test:


    Could you please try using a different internet network for testing and see if the issue still persists?
