I have created a form the beginning of january, it worked fine, there are entries, but now, when I try to check the entries another old form with entries from a year ago appears. The new form seems to be there but I cannot access it. Also there is no more autimatic response mail.
The worst thing is that I cannot retreive the people who entred the project.

I can view the form on your website here. Is this what you are referring about? I am not quite sure about what you mean on "it is linked to an old form" since I can only view 1 form in your account. Could you please clear your browser's cache and cookies and recheck it again? Perhaps if you could provide more details about what happen, we'd be glad to assist you further.
