Form Error after submission due to a required field.

    Hello,

    When people attempt to submit a form I created they receive an error as if they didn't complete a question.

    During the form build I don't see that question. It's as if I made it not visible. 

    This is the form:

    We apologize for the inconvenience, I cloned your form to ran some tests, and it always submitted.

    I tried clearing your forms cache, and then submitting it, but I got the same error. I would suggest you to try cloning your form to see if the issue is debugged in the clone version: https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-Your-Account

    If that works, you may use the clone version instead. Let us know if you have more questions.

    Hello, 

    Dang, I've sent that to 2300 people. Also, for now I'm running the free version and have no remaining forms.

    I'll see what I can do.

    I used and tested your clone but don't see the results in my Jotform. Sigh, I sent that link out to some people.
