How can I have all submissions come to reviewers at once and anonymously to the reviewers?

I am creating a form for scholarship application which I will send to appropriate students.  The students need to write an essay for consideration of the award.  I will need to have our faculty review the essays anonymously although, I, myself, will still need to be able to contact the selected winners.  Also, I would like to send all of the submissions to the reviewers all at one time once the deadline date has been reached. This is my very first time using jotform and I very much appreciate your help! 

Once you collect all data you can create an Excel report, remove any contact info from the report and send it to reviewers.
