Fillable PDF: Can't resize Long Text Entry box in PDF editor

I am also trying to make a blank PDF version of the Jotform however the long text entries are being displayed as 1 row rather than 6 as seen in the screenshot below.

In the screenshot shown, the "Main GI Contractor contact for Works (Email, Phone Number)" section should be a larger text box than shown as I have the size as 6 rows

I have checked the PDF editor and it seems we cannot change the size of the Long Text Entry.

However, it seems there was an option to change size of the Long text entry before.

Let me escalate this to our developers for further investigation.
