When the JotForm goes into the app , when I look at the customer signature an error message comes up error 404

I checked your form and the submissions. I am able to see the signatures on the submission.

Where do you try to see the singnatures? Do you mean the Mobile app? Can you please describe exactly where you go and provide screenshots, if possible.
