Practitioner Discount/Working with Non-Profits

    Hello,

I have been working with a non-profit and currently have an account set up for them (St. Mary's Stony Hill, Watchung) or nancy@stmaryswatchung.org.  I have had the plan for awhile and have the benefit of the economy plan (which is less than what is offered with the non-profit discount.

I work in a practice, FINNancial Group, along with my husband, Patrick Finn.  We are supporting other non-profits and I am wondering if you offer a practitioner discount so we can offer to our clients.  It would also be helpful if we had access to a JotForm portal for all of our clients.  I need to add a new client and would like to know the best way and most cost effective way to proceed.

    Thanks,

    Nancy Finn

When you say "a client" are you referring to set up a JotForm account for one of your clients?

We do offer non-profit discount, but this is based on our current pricing structure, you can get more details about it on the link below and you will also find more details about how to apply:

    https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

Now, since you mentioned your account is on the economy plan I think the sub-users feature is still available for you, note that if you're referring to this feature when you mention "add a client" then you may simply add it following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

However, this does not mean that they are upgraded to the same plan as the main account, so if they want to upgrade and take advantage of the nonprofit discount, they will need to follow the application process individually.

Thank you. I was thinking of a client portal but I see how I can use as subusers on my economy plan and will work from that angle to make it work. Thanks for the prompt response.
