I would like to create a custom url for my forms and take the "jotform" wording out of it. How can I do that?

Hello,
That's possible with our custom domain feature, but this is only available for our Enterprise level.
Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform.
Yes, the custom domain does not matter if the form is embedded, so if you do not want the enterprise level, embedding is the best option.
Please refer to this guide to embed the form: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use.
