How can I expand the submissions coming in?

We have people submitting success stories. before, there was a little button next to each story on the left side of the page to expand the story and open it in a little window on the right. Now, there is no way to do that. How can I get that back?  I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like now. as you can see there is no way to expand it. I don't have one of the way it looked before. 

Please let me know asap. We need to go through these submissions and it is very difficult to do so with the way it is set up
