My account is suspended

    I just checked my account & noticed that my account has been suspended. I have no clue what is the reason, incase there is something that has to be fixed please let me know.

    I see that the account is suspended due to the form collecting CC information on plain text fields. Unfortunately, it is not allowed to collect credit card information on plain text fields using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.

    It is required to remove the guilt fields on your form in order to activate your account. Please confirm so that we can delete the fields and activate your account.

    Thanks for your reply.
    Please delete the fields which don't comply with your system. I will read the terms and see how can I improve the form.
    Kindly confirm when the account gets unsuspended.

    I deleted the guilty fields from your forms and activated your account. If you want to have a payment filed inside of your forms, you need to use one of our payment tolls.
