JotForm not being loadable on the other end

    Received an email from a speaker. I sent her my jot form to fill out but it did not work

    What went wrong and what can i do to fix it so she gets the form?

    HI Koichi,

     
    I signed in to JotForm using google, (repeatedly), but it says I have no forms to sign.  I'm heading out for the day, and wanted to take care of this before I left, but it's not directing me anywhere (I've used JotForm before, so I'm not sure why it's not working).
     
    I'm happy to revisit this when I get home later today.  I'm not leaving until 10 am, so if we can figure this out before then, I'm happy to try again.

    The form link https://form.jotform.com/91759318541161 seems to be working fine at my end. I am not sure what the user is referring to sign in to JotForm using Google. I suspect that the user might have created an account with JotForm and couldn't find any forms. Could you check with the user if she is accessing the correct link to the form? If the issue still persists, please share the link to the form which has been sent to her so that we can check and assist you.
