Am not getting signature forms.

I have a couple forms that ask for signatures and they are not showing up in what is coming back to me.  Can I speak with someone about this???

You have 2 forms in your account. I checked them but I don't see e-signature on the form.

I also could not find a JotForm embedded on the website you've provided.
