Bug: Grid "Required" Logic Does Not Apply to All Scenarios

i use a matrix to allow volunteers to pick the days and times they are available. days across the top, times down the side:

    m t w t f s s

    morning

    afternoon

    evening

i use your matrix for this, because you provide a template that uses a matrix this way. This is your template:

    http://jotform.us/form/30592783713156

i want to require ONE selection, but i cannot. your matrix requires a selection on EVERY ROW. I understand how that would apply in a survey, but i'm not doing a survey.

please change the 'required' logic of your matrix. the config options could be:

    -Require answer on every row

    -Require answer in every column

-Requre at least one answer, anywhere

That 3rd option is the one i need.

    thanks

thanks, but your test just took away one of my form responses. Please return that form response to me.

    Hi ,

Sorry about that, I just returned your 1 submission. It should be 100 submissions again. Thank you

is it necessary to create the control fresh? because my existing one's behavior didn't change. but now the alert says "every row required".

i checked the properties of the existing control, and i don't see option to require all columns, all rows, or 1 selection anywhere.

    thanks
