    I have checked your account and it seems to be suspended due to suspected phishing form.

    The form in question is Form 91748288369173.

    It seems you're collecting credit card information. Unfortunately, we don't allow collecting credit card information without using our payment integration as this violates our terms of use.

    We would need to remove the guilty fields(Credit Card Number,CVV code) to be able to lift the suspension.

    If you want to accept payments form your form users, you may use our Payment Integration.
