No preview of my forms in JotForm, and they are not showing up on my web site.

    I checked my websites a few minutes ago and see that the simple contact forms I have placed there from JotForm are not showing up at all. I don't know how long this has been the case because I don't check my site everyday. I hope not for long!

    Even when I login to JotForm and choose to preview my forms they don't preview.

    Please advise urgently.

    Hi 

    I can see your form in my end. Is your form still not showing up? If not, please try to clear your browser cache then try it again. Thanks.

    Thanks for getting back to me. I am glad to hear that others are still able to view the form. However, I am still not having any luck. I've cleared my cache in Safari and tried again. I've also tried in Chrome and Firefox. I've also gone to another computer and tried, and even from my iPad - no luck. And finally on my phone using 3G only and not my home broadband. Still not showing. [update] when I use my phone on 3G I do get the form at umcebodesign.co.za/contact-form.html, but not the form at sheerdesigntraining.co.za/contact-form.html.

    Any suggestions?

    I have process a clear form caches in our system. Can you please check it again?

    Still nothing. Why can't I even Preview the forms through MyForms on my JotForms Account. When I try it does nothing for about a minute and then says "Safari can't open the page". For example this preview page http://form.myjotform.com/form/23444605246552

    [update] okay I have typed the preview URL for both of my forms into my phone browser and been able to access the forms. So obviously the problem is with my wi-fi / broadband / ISP. I'll have to try and get to the bottom of it. But at least you have reassured me that other people can see the form. Thanks.

    I took a further look at your form on your account and I can view the form on my end including all of your forms.

    Thank You for the updated information.

    Could you please tell us what OS and Browser/Browser Version? What ISP are you using?

    Also you may want to try is resetting your modem and Router to see if this helps first since sometimes the data can bottleneck causing further website problems. If that doesn't work you may need to furthermore contact your ISP.

    I am using OXS Mountain Lion 10.8.2. I have tried on all my browsers which are all the latest versions. I've even switched to Windows 8 and tried on IE10.

    My ISP is Afrihost. I have logged a ticket with them and explained the problem after you guys tried first. I should hear back from them soon.

    I've restarted my router also, but no luck. I am now trying to reset my ADSL line through my ISP Clientzone.

    Will update you when I have made some progress.
