I am trying to log in but I am getting a suspension message

    I'm trying to log in but I'm getting this error.

    You have been suspended because your forms are created for home insurance offers and other real estate property business. However, your account does not have this much information that would allow us to verify the legitimacy of the business, and that includes your business email address, the structure of the form which would include your business name, and logo and other information related to the business. 

    Our system is tasked to flagged down related forms and disable them as part of preemptive measures to protect Jotform and the public in general. 

    The suspension does not mean that you are guilty of such. We only need to verify the business.
