Account suspended

    Hi guys, I recently created two forms:

    And they were quite lengthy form to made, but now I found my account is being disabled, I'm not sure whats the cause, Kindly please check it and let me know whats the reason of being disabled, please enable it as I need them urgently.

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with the probability of being used for phishing activities.

    I checked your forms and you have no offending fields. I re-activated your account, you should be able to log in your account now.
