JotForm Mobile forms app: Deleting incomplete submission deletes all

    Hello,

I am using JotForm to make a form that is intended to be used on mobiles.

The JotForm app have that functionality to save and continue later a form that was not completed and not yet sent. It unfortunately doesn't work as expected (widgets not loading , checkboxes answers not saved, ...)

One of the problem is that when you delete an incomplete form (in "View Responses") it deletes all submitted forms, even the completed ones, automatically, without asking further confirmation.

It happened to me twice, and I was able to reproduce the problem later.

    Thank you for your assistance.

Could you let us know if you are referring to the form https://www.jotformeu.com/form/91223467915359 in your account? Please let us know if you are using session parameter method to save the answers as provided in the guide below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

As I check the JotForm mobile forms app to view the submissions, I see that there is no option to see the incomplete submissions. Could you point me to the correct location on the app so that we can check and assist you further?

We will wait for your response. Thank you!

It is indeed about this form.

I am not using the method in the linked guide, I'm just using {edit_link} in the mails.

When selecting a form in the app, a list appears with "View Responses" as the first option where all submissions appears when synced, as well as all incomplete submissions (I think locally saved as they are not sent yet ?) made from selecting "Fill out Form", and "Save and continue later" when leaving the form.

I tried it on my end and the incomplete submission did not show on "View Responses" at my end. The form I tested also has a "save and continue forms" feature.

Is there any way you can take a short clip of the problem? That would help us troubleshoot this for you. You can upload the screencast to Google drive or Dropbox and share us the shareable link so we can watch it on our end.
