Do you provide an API for users to collect attachments

Asked by sharpmike on March 01, 2013 at 09:44 AM

We would like a way to collect the attachments from each of our submissions without manually having to conect for each one.

I have looked at the dropbox solution, but unfortunatly we are unable to use dropbox.

We could build a server to collect from you, but would like a defined and secure way of doing that.

One solution could be an FTP service ?

Yes we provide FTP Service and we had a JotForm API that was available as of the new My Account 3.0 Page that we released not too long ago but has been withdrawn due to some complications. However, I think that it might be re-released at a later date after it has been fixed though I won't be able to say if or when.

As an alternative to Dropbox I would also like to point out to you that we do have a Google Drive Integration that is available as well.

We have just released the beta version of JotForm API. Here are the docs:

You can use /form/{id}/files to get a list of all uploaded files for a form.
