Configurable list: Check box data does not come through on submissions.

Hi there,

I created a Jotform and used the Configurable list widget as the format for a number of fields. It has been brought to my attention that if someone ticks one of the check boxes the data is not pulled through into the submissions so it is essentially lost even though the form has been completed accurately by the user. Are you possibly able to shed any light on why this is the case and how it can be rectified?

It doesn't save because you don't have any checkbox option name.

The checkbox format should be "Title : checkbox : one, two , three (options)". Please follow that format and it should fill the data into your submission page.
