My form shows "Not found error".

I been having problems since I started.  First it locked me out saying it was phishing... now I only able to get in on a desktop my phone still say password suspended... now my form keep saying not found when I click the link..

so I need to be able to sign in on my phone and also can you please fix whatever it is for I can post the link to my travel page...or I will find another company to help me. I need to try and get people info for my trip asap.

I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended as your form is suspected to be used for phishing activity.

What is the use you form your form and who are the prospective users? Have you embedded your form in your website? Please share your website and we will take a look.
