Jotform in mobile app and computer

Hi

currently use pdf filler and would like to make a switch

what we need is a program that can be used in desk top to create and send liability  waiver forms to clients  

The forms need to be able to either be signed from a variety of devices the customer may use, but also be able to sign on our android tablets either in store or out in field if they have not completed the forms sent prior to day  

can your program do these things?

lastly we are a super small business (4-5) employees in a small area, we need to keep costs down  what does your program cost?

If you want a form that your user can fill anywhere or any device, you can use the online/web form. Also, in our new jotform mobile app, you can use the form in offline mode and submissions will be automatically synced once you're connected to the internet.
