How can I calculate a form with 2 different result?

Hello,

I make a form and I send this for 2 people. They will complete twice, with 2 different result. How Can I calculate this 2 result for the same name?

You may create a report with your form submissions. However, it is not possible to calculate both submissions.

You may try to populate your second form with the value of your first form using URL parameter.
