Is there a way to collect credit/debit card information?

Hello.

Could you please tell us if there any services that you charge for? We need to create a bank details form for our employees to fill in so we can easily transfer them money. However, when we tried to create such form we received an email that due to some policy you are not allowed to authorize the collection of credit/debit cards details. Can you suggests us another way of doing so?
