Card Forms: show Image field and YES / NO Question field in one page to reduce the form pages.

I'm building a form with which my client manages the maintenance program for a mechanical line.

maintenance involves a series of visual checks (around 50) that I identify with a photograph and, subsequently, a question with which I ask the maintenance operator if he has carried out, or not, this control.

To do this, today I need 2 pages for each question (for a total of 100 pages): in one page the photo and in the next the question YES / NO.

I ask if there is a function with which I can insert, in the same object "Question YES / NO", a "descriptive image", in order to halve the pages of the module.

Unfortunately, this Card Forms layout does not allow it, it shows one question per page only. Maybe you would like to try the Classic Layout which allows you to have multiple fields in one page:
