I have one form that has 300 items

I need to set up two reports but I need the information on the report in a different order than it was submitted.

    How do I accomplish this

Unfortunately, we are not able to change reports layout. This sorting is not changeable. 156165415912.pngCan you please share which reports and which information in the reports do you want different order. You can send a screenshot with your answer.

My form is 700 line items approximately of hotel details for a corporate travel program. Two separate agencies need information pulled from the form to be able to upload Walmart’s rates into their system.

    Attached:

    Report 2 Headers

It’s Elaborate – Another idea: Would the system collaborate with another form where. Meaning I can build the other form in the correct format and have the info auto-populate that form upon submission?

You have a drag and drop feature like below when it comes to the thank you page. The custom reporting is really limiting, especially when your form series can do some really creative things. We use an internal report builder that would be a home run for you. Here is a screenshot. It’s basically a drag and drop to the right to include it in the report and drag and drop up and down to change the reporting order.

    Hi Melissa,

May I ask why you cannot just use the PDF Report

Guide: How to Customize PDF Submissions Report

The submission PDF Report is highly customizable using the new PDF Editor.

And you can attach multiple PDF reports in the same form.

We will wait for your updated response.

Walmart requires an excel as final output. Need an easy path to get there.
