    I see you have a free account with JotForm. Unfourtantly, we are able to give out a trail of the Paid Subscriptions.

    You are able to fully test JotForm with the Free plan. Our Free plan is considered as a free trial. It is because, under this plan, you can use the Form Builder, Advanced Form Designer, Widgets, Apps, Reports, Emails and much more. 

    The only difference between the Free plan and the paid plans are the account usage limits.

    Unfourtantly, we do not have military discounts.  We do over discounts for Non-profit. Not sure that might apply to your situation. Below is where you can fill out the application.
