Are there hotkeys for editing a form?

Moving questions in a long form is challenging; you have to move the question with the mouse, which is wonky, or right click and press "Move Up/Down." If you're moving things to opposite ends of the form, it's a tedious process. Is there a hotkey or easier way of doing that?

Unfourantly, It is not possible to move form elements through keyword shortcuts, they can just be moved through drag and drop actions with mouse click selection or the right click of the mouse.
