What happened to my account and form?

    My form has disappeared.  what happened?

    As we check your email address, it is registered with the account textus. The account is currently active and holding Bronze subscription plan with about 165 forms in the account. If you have forgotten your account password, you may request for a password reset from the login screen so that the password reset link will be sent to the account registered email address.

    I know.  I just had to upgrade the account to restore it.  Why was the free account terminated?  I had only 21 form submissions in June

    This could have been due to the number of forms you had on your free account. Free accounts have limitations on how many forms you are allowed to create.
