    Hi Team,

We are wanting to send our JotForm emails though our Mandrill account. I configured our sending accounts using the SMTP parameters from Mandrill on my JotForm account, but have made some tests and not emails are being received by Mandrill.

Is there any special configuration necessary to do the JotForm/Mandrill integration? Any tips to make this work for us? Highly appreciated.

    All the best,

    Max

I have inspected your B2B Contact Request - Form. The notification emails are being sent to "max@1-800-bakery.com,stephen@1-800-bakery.com,christine@1-800-bakery.com,ddmldfmn_sf8027@sendforensics.com". According to our records, all notification emails were sent to these addresses through your SMTP option "corporate@1-800-bakery.com". Please look at your history pageSending emails through Mandrill Image 10Sending emails through Mandrill Image 21In fact, there is no special configuration between JotForm and Mandrill. Are you able to check spam/junk box or your bounce list?
