Sub-account cannot log in

    One of our users is getting an “Autosuspended” error when attempting to log in.  Email address for user is kgrizzell@artacademy.edu

    Hi @admin655!

    One of your sub-users is collecting usernames and passwords and other sensitive information on their form, which violates our Terms of Use. Please have the sub-user reach out to our support forum and agree to have the form deleted from the account and agree to our Terms of Use to have the account reactivated again.
