Hi there, my colleague receives this error every time she tries to download an attachment. However, when I click the attachment it downloads automatically and I have no problem could you help?

I assume that your colleague does not have access to your JotForm account. She is unable to download the attachments because of the Privacy settings on your account. The Privacy option "Require log-in to view uploaded files." is checked on the Settings page.
You should disable this option if you want to allow your colleague to download the attachments.
