Não consigo acessar ou receber os formularios

Boa tarde, gostaria de saber por que eu não consigo acessar alguns de meus formulários, continua incessantemente me mandando esta mensagem ,"Form over quota!, This form has exceeded its allocated quota'', apesar das quotas ainda não terem sido atingidas.

I have checked your account and it seems you have reached your form limits for Free plan.

Your forms are working correctly, however you are not able to create new forms.

Do note that the Free plan can create up to 5 forms only.

If you wish to create more forms, you may upgrade to a paid plan.

Eu entendi que não posso criar mais,mas o problema é que eu não consigo nem ao menos abrir esses formularios já criados.

To clarify, you cannot open the forms for the account queopscontabilidade or  are you not able to open the forms in your account?

Checked one of the forms under the account queopscontabilidade  and it seems to be working correctly at my end.

Can you please explain further the issue with the forms?

May we know if you receive an error when you open the form?

Are these forms embedded to a web page?
