After completing the form is it possible to redirect a user to a webpage within your site based on an answer i.e. Question 1: What is your user ID: ABC123 = Redirect" http://www.yourwebsite.com/members/"ABC123"

Yes, it is possible to redirect the user based on their response. 

First, you need to get the Unique Name of that field. You can find that under the Field Details section in the Advanced tab after clicking on the gear icon.

Then go to Settings > Conditions > Change Thank You Page and set the condition like this:

In that above condition, in that place of {id} write the unique name of the field {unique name}.
