I can't see submissions after June 18th

    Hello Support Team,

    We recently found out that we have not be receiving submission after June 18th. We have tested it with several emails, and got email confirmation, but we're not seeing the submissions in our inbox on JOTforms. Could you please look into this and tell us what you find.

    I checked your submissions page and inbox and I was able to see submissions after June 18. Could you please check and see if you can see the submissions now?

    If the issue persists on your end, please try to open the inbox/submissions page using incognito mode or using another browser. That may work.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
