Assignee's are still showing up as Unidentified

    regarding your issue.

    I have tested the Assignee feature in the Jotform mobile APP but I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

    May we know the mobile device you're using  in opening the Jotform APP?

    If possible, can you please test the assignee feature again and assign a person to the form?
