Embedded form doesn't appear on some user's browsers

    It works for me, but other people have tried on multiple browsers with no luck. (They just see a blank area where the form should be.

    I have tried to access the link that you provided, but I wasn't able to replicate the issue on my end. I was able to view the embedded form.

    I would suggest to try embedding the form via iFrame method. Please follow this guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Just copy the "iFrame" code and skip the "script" part, then paste it to your webpage' codes. Here's how it looks:

    Thanks so much. I just updated it to the iFrame. Hopefully this works!
