Is there an easy way to change the question type from box to radial? I noticed that boxes allow the respondent to select more than one and I want to force the respondent to choose only one answer.

I looked into your form and I understand what you meant. Unfortunately, there is no shortcut or easy way to convert a single checkbox field into a radio field and vice-versa. However, you can do this if you are using a Survey Matrix field. You can easily switch to radio and to checkboxes.
In this illustration, you can see that the Matrix Field has the Input Type button located above. This will appear if you click the matrix field in the workspace. Having this option in both the radio field or the checkbox field will defeat their purpose of labeling names in the toolbox from the left.
A workaround is by deleting the checkboxes and be sure to copy the text contents in a notepad or text editor. You can delete them afterwards and replace it with single radio fields and copy back the text contents. Using radio fields will surely force with only one answer.
Be sure to adjust the mapped fields in your notifications as well.
